Marketing Director, Global Occupier Services

You will be responsible for developing and executing key strategic marketing initiatives and related activities for Occupier Services globally. Working closely with the CEO, Occupier Services, Global SVP Brand & People, and marketing team members across the globe, you will be responsible for developing a year-round calendar of content and activities to support the Occupier Services Business line. You will lead Occupier Services thought leadership content working with research professionals across the globe; and improve tools, resources, and collateral for use across the business line including developing a central space to store on the HUB and on Colliers' website.
What you bring
Completed a bachelor's degree in Marketing or other relevant degree.
7+ years minimum professional marketing and/or operations experience required
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote.
An Enterprising Nature, with the ability to Drive for Results, and set clear priorities.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with outstanding communication skills.
Bonus skills and experience
Ability to Travel as needed, and the ability to work to flexible time zones when needed to accommodate global nature of the role.
Commercial Real Estate Marketing experience preferred.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite products, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat is preferred.

You will successfully work with Occupier Services, and marketing leadership across the globe to produce a global Occupier Services marketing strategy and calendar of events and content.
