Federal Account Manager, Civilian Agencies

Maximize Fortinet opportunity while providing value added solutions to Federal Government accounts in the Civilian space.... possible accounts include DHS, Dept of State, US Courts, Dept of Labor, USAID, Peace Corps, and others.
Develop relationships with Channel Partners and End Users - primarily in the Federal accounts.
Manage effective working relationships with Technical Sales Engineers, Consulting Professionals
Consistently build and deliver on an accurate forecast and develop a strong territory pipeline
10+ years technology selling experience (outside sales) with a minimum of 5 years in specific Federal Civilian accounts
Proven ability to sell solutions to enterprise customers and service providers
A proven track record of quota achievement and demonstrated career stability
Experience in closing large deals
Desirable selling experience would include at least one of the following: 1) Firewall/VPN, 2) SD WAN 3) SIEM/Sandbox 4) Data Center solutions
Excellent presentation skills to executives & technical audiences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A self-motivated, independent thinker that can move deals through the selling cycle
4-year College Degree preferred and/or equivalent experience.
