Perform diagnose, troubleshoot and root cause analysis on any problem found during product development and support cycle.
Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies for enterprise use to consistently drive down total cost of ownership.
Provide technical support to the internal software team, and the customer.
Perform technical reviews comparing enterprise standard platform/components with their leading industry competitors.
Ensure platforms/systems conform to established enterprise/industry compliance standards and reference models.
Implement changes to platforms with minimal impact to the business.
Testing, manage, and tune platforms to ensure expected performance levels are achieved.
Plan and implement life cycle management of AP system.
Understand technical/business requirements gathered from the business units.
Analyze, design, and document platforms/systems to meet enterprise requirements.
Hands-on to configure, install, maintain, test, and troubleshoot hardware systems.
Job Experience Required:
5+ years-experience in technical lead or design high performance WiFi wireless AP system from concept to mass production
Familiar with Wireless AP system architecture & board circuit definition, design & test
Good judgment on risk/schedule/cost with high quality control
Working experience in cross-functional teams. Good team player and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiar with schematic capture and PCB layout tools
Supervising PCB layout, familiar with PCB assembly and DFM
Experience in RF system design, WiFi protocol and digital signal processing
High-speed system design experience with popular interface such as DDR4, PCIe, USB and Ethernet
Clear concept on SI and simulation techniques & tools
Excellent lab skills and problem solving capability.
Highly motivated, positive, detail oriented and responsible
Working experience with offshore CM/JDM/3rd party vendor
Advanced vendor management & negotiation capability
Prior new product introduction (NPI) experience
Masters in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
