Posted on Nov 5, 2020 by QTS Data Centers
The Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is designed to prepare high potential candidates to take on roles at QTS leading teams, functions, and/or P&Ls. The OLDP is an 18 to 24 month program during which participating Project Managers (PMs) will go through four rotations (three to six months each) in the different Operations functions (1. Site Operations, 2. Property Development/Engineering, 3. Strategy/Finance/Analytics, and 4. PM elective). Elective rotations may also be outside of Operations (Sales, Product Management, Customer Care, etc.). In each rotation, PMs will lead a function-specific process improvement project while developing a solid understanding of that function's responsibilities and challenges.
Upon completion of the ODLP, QTS leadership will work with the participant to identify a leadership role in the company that matches their interests and skill set. Placement opportunities will not be limited to the Operations organization.
