ACCOUNTING AND OPERATIONS MANAGER -- Report Directly to the CFO -- Lots of variety and growth!

Awesome opportunity for a degreed accountant with 6-10 years of experience who is looking to join a dynamic, privately owned organization in the DTC.

This position reports directly to the CFO (so could also work for a controller or assistant controller) and affords the selected individual the opportunity to use their management and accounting skills to help the company continue their success and growth!

Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager and Operations Manager include:

• Supervision of all areas of the accounting function and ensuring the integrity and consistency of accounting records
• HR functions including supervision of payroll, benefits, etc.
• Involvement in various analytical and operational aspects of key business initiatives
• Office and administrative management
• Work with outside consultants and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance
• Help develop and maintain corporate policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Financial and risk management
• Other duties as assigned
