Oversees the clinic operations for the organization. Builds and maintains best in class clinical operations that deliver high quality outcomes and experiences for the organization's diverse patient populations across many services lines including medical, dental, behavioral health, health support services and ancillary support services. Collaborates with the executive team on short and long term strategic plans for the organization. Is a change agent that drives organizational transformation.
This is a remote multi-state operation. VP of Clinical operations will assist in quality control, and operational proceedures in various behavioral programs including ABA intervientions.
Additional responsibilities include
Oversees the integration of patient service delivery throughout operations and explores strategies for improving the efficiency of service delivery.
Integrates changes in organizational structures, processes, or systems by facilitating the integration and acceptance of change; establishing a plan to integrate a new organizational
Contribution and guidance to company policies and procedures, strategic planning, procurement of new business, and the advancement of clinical services.
Accountable for ensuring the functional area Operating metrics consistently meet and/or exceed all compliance requirements
Monitors multi-state operations and productivity; ensures ongoing, accurate quality assurance systems and improvement practices.
Approves hiring decisions; assists with recruitment, retention strategies, and hiring of Program Managers.
Assists managers/directors with performance feedback, disciplinary actions, and succession planning.
Reviews and approves Program Manager evaluations and salary increases and/or incentives as indicated.
- Operationalize the clinical direction in a way that is a positive disruption in the healthcare space, ensures quality patient outcomes, reduces costs and enhances the patient experience.
Qualifications
10+ years professional experience
MBA, BCBA or equivalent business experience preferred
Experience providing ABA interventions with individuals with ASD, ID, PDD, CP or other developmental disabilities or combination of disabilities
5+ years experience in an upper management or executive role leading fellow clinicians
Clinical Leadership over a multi-state behavioral health organization
Understanding of DTT, PECS, PRT, incidental teachings and other ABA strategies
Expert oral and written communication
EMR implementation experience preferred
