Cornerstone is looking for a team member to lead the way for our learning content strategy development and build out. The quality and diversity of our learning content will play a big role in defining our success as a company, and our Technical Project Manager will help captain this initiative. The team member we are looking for will play a critical role in making sure that content is integrated in our products. This role not only requires strategy, but also requires practical project management and a knack for technical concepts to accomplish our goals.


In this role you will


Interact, build and maintain relationships with worlds leading learning content providers
Act as the integration specialist and provide technical leadership and consultative guidance to partners integrating to a SaaS solution
Provide guidance on scope, quality and timelines to make partner integrations successful and delivered on time
Be the liaison and interact with partners and internal Cornerstone business and technical teams on daily basis
Guide partners on Cornerstone standards and assist in content quality testing
Work on tools, guidelines, frameworks to improve overall partner onboarding and ongoing partner relationship and operationalize the end to end process
Successfully integrate and enable learning content providers using traditional and non-traditional E-learning methods and APIs
Create and implement a migration plan for existing partners as technology evolves
Proactively anticipate and mitigate risks as they arise as it relates to changes in vendor's technology or Cornerstone
Able to easily translate and communicate technical language to business language and vice-versa


You have what it takes if you have


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in technical integrations
A strong technical background and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals
Knowledge and experience in working with APIs and concepts like authentication, endpoint, methods, API error messages
Exceptional communication skills
Strong project management skills
Strong efforts to achieve results with minimal supervision
Ability to be externally facing and having great interpersonal skills on the business and technical side of things
Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment of teamwork and change
Ability to adapt to different cultures, as the role requires interfacing with content partners around the world
Ability to work across European time zones
Consideration for privacy and security obligations


Extra dose of awesome if you have...


Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
Familiarity with a Learning Management System
Knowledge on E-learning standards such as AICC, SCORM, xAPI
Prior experience with implementation of E-learning and/or SaaS products is highly preferred
Experience with Cornerstone Suite
Work experience in any type of learning content distribution company
