Senior Director Of Human Resources

Seeking a passionate Human Resources Director to help guide our growing behavioral health organization! As a Human Resources Director, you will be making HR run smoothly by managing important issues related to employment, compensation, and other employee relations.

Job Duties will include:

• Collaborating with management team
• Developing strategic HR plans and policies
• Supervising payroll
• Supervising employee file management
• Administering compensation
• Administering benefit plans
• Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Conducting employee on-boarding
• Help plan training & development for various home health employees

• Benefits negotiation
• Payroll
• Conflict resolution
• Employee engagement initiatives creating and implementation
• Credentialing supervision and implementation
• Hiring process: On-boarding to exit interview
• Workers comp
• Employee litigation
• Setting up incentive programs
• Creating and implementing performance evaluation and reward program for the company
• Process improvement, including setting up knew policy and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of leadership, managing HR over multiple states
  
• Ability to use HR software
• 5-15 years' experience on the provider side of healthcare services
• Behavioral health accumen (highly preferred
• Great communicator
• BS/BA - degree in HR or similar
• "roll up your sleeves" mentality
• Business leadership and highly polished and organized presentation skills
• Has provided guidance during rapid business growth

• Acquisition/merger experience - preferred

• Expert on multi-state Labor Laws & wage and hour compensation

• Paycom experience (preferred)
