Dining Server

The successful applicant will have a heart of compassion and hospitality towards the residents and guests. Desires to understand and uphold Fairmount Core Value, and work well as a team in a face paced environment.

Position Qualifications; Full-time, Part-time or Flex scheduling and E/O weekend. $14/hr minimum

Must be 16 years or older w/ reliable transportation

Must be able to read recipes and do simple math

Must be willing to follow directions and collaborate as a team

Must be willing to abide by Fairmount Core Values ( attached )

Essential Duties:

Ensure residents receive diets as ordered

Partner with nursing to provide meals to the specified locations

Prepare dining rooms for meal time by setting tables, providing beverage service and flatware

Clean up dining areas, and sanitize eating areas.

Assist in dishwashing, sanitation and organization in the kitchen and dining areas

Attend interdepartmental huddles and engage in overall customer service for the well being of the residents
