Own overarching vision/strategy and roadmap for robust data analytics & reporting capability
Lead analytical data needs
Initiate and lead company wide data processes improvements
Collaborate with leadership to understand their data analysis needs, explain trends in data and actively drive further research and/or operational changes to assist in controlling pharmacy costs and delivery of quality reporting to clients
Lead development efforts with technical team liaisons, including business requirements gathering and documentation, testing, delivery and user adoption, and effectively communicate deliverable expectations to the business units
Design, develop and maintain a team that encompasses the skills to be successful in meeting the analytics departments goals and objectives. Provides direction and development opportunities to members of the Practice.
Design, develop, validate, analyze, and present complex data, across multiple sources and using multiple reporting tools, in a meaningful way for multiple audiences including leadership and external partners
Lead the continuous improvement efforts around the development of healthcare reporting using databases and analytical software for complex system-wide analyses, including, but not limited to, the development and anticipation of key data to support both external and internal reporting needs
Works closely with Lockton Associates on client strategies and engagements.
Leads PBM RFP efforts and diagnostic studies.
Measures results of a client's experience against agreed upon performance metrics and contractual provisions.


Minimum of bachelor's degree required, 9+ years of data analysis experience in healthcare.
Experience with Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) pricing and contracting.
Minimum five (5) years of related IT experience, including data warehouse, coding or ETL experience. Advanced SQL, Excel and Microsoft Access skills, relational database knowledge, and various data reporting tool experience. SAS and R experience preferred.
Experience in report automation
Experience with TIBCO Jaspersoft preferred
Experience with Pharmacy Benefits Data, and PBM/carrier pricing practices is required. Understanding of health insurance business, strategies and trends in health care programs preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic planning skills.
Consistently demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with Lockton Associates and clients at all levels of responsibility.
Exemplary presentation skills, including preparation and execution.
Ability to analyze and interpret various financial information and data to facilitate decision-making.
Strong personal presence to interface with top management of other businesses, representing Lockton in the highest professional manner.
Ability to coach, train, develop, and mentor other Associates.
