You are: A strategy champion who seeks to transform beliefs and behaviors toward innovation in strategic and business outcomes for Evolution Health Group clients. We seek team members who are hybrids, synthesizers, and deep thinkers to help us achieve bar-raising medical communication and pharmaceutical strategy.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


Work closely with Business Strategy Lead and account planners to develop breakthrough strategies for key accounts
Lead planning projects from inception to completion: recommend research plans; develop insights from data and observations; write creative briefs; partner with client teams; develop, moderate and participate in ideation/client workshops
Cultivate fruitful relationships with key decision-makers across the business including clients, account, research/analytic experts, and creative/digital strategists
Manage and train junior strategic planning team members (within strategy and on client teams)
Partner on new business research, insights development, and sales presentations for shaping client solutions and creating new services/offerings
Develop meaningful partnerships with our clients to understand customer asks, objectives, and strategic opportunities for brand communications and engagement experiences
Lead the development of insight-driven strategies for assigned clients; provide sound business justification for investment


Qualifications:


5-7 years of relevant work with pharmaceutical and healthcare clients
Proven track record of developing insight-based strategies that underpin successful campaigns and methodologies
An active curiosity about brands, culture and what makes people tick
Deep expertise in pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing, science and communications
Ability to manage multiple challenging projects with an ability to meaningfully contribute to developing a cooperative and positive environment
Proactive, self-starter who can work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment (and has the ability to identify when resources are needed)
Passionate innovative storyteller with a desire to create bespoke methodologies and solutions
Champion of the multidisciplinary team development to bring all relevant minds into insights development
Ability to lead sessions with an evolving and engaging presentation style
Knowledgeable on business, brand, consumer, and marketing strategy trends and developments
Prefer subject matter expert (SME) in one of the following: pharmaceutical brand strategy, data analytics, market research methodology, insights generation, ideation workshopping, omnichannel engagement, and customer profiling


Additional skills or experience:


Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, science, data analytics or related field
MBA or comparable degree preferred
Previous experience in pharmaceutical strategic planning, market research, consulting, advertising agency and/or medical education
Must be able to provide business and strategic expertise across a broad range of therapeutic categories and business challenges
Flexibility to travel domestically


Working Environment:


Normal home-based and transitioning to office-based environment. When customer and team needs arise outside of standard business hours, flexibility to adjust the work schedule are both expected and permitted for this role.
