HOW YOU'LL FLY
As a compensation bird reporting to Senior Director, Total Rewards, youll help to bring more patients their bluebird days by:
Leading strategies to scale the organization for growth while developing and maintaining high touch, high performance, and delivery standards with a people-centric approach.
Driving the development, implementation, and administration of executive and equity compensation programs, including annual and long-term incentive programs.
Helping to build a new, and creative, recognition program in line with the culture and philosophy of bluebird.
Working with business leaders, People Partners, and Talent Acquisition to both identify and solve compensation-related business challenges
Successfully Manage global survey participation and submission, monitoring and evaluating benchmark data in the biotech industry and recommend changes as appropriate to maintain a competitive market position and internal equity
Define, articulate, and scale our strategies in line with our people strategy and philosophies to ensure we attract and retain our bluebirds (and potential bluebirds) in a highly competitive market.
Ensure a simple, and consistent, job architecture including levels and global pay ranges. Provide proactive change management and ongoing management of global job catalog.
Assist in the design, communication, and administration of the ESPP program
Conduct robust and meaningful analysis for management to use in making decisions related to compensation programs.
Develop communication materials and supporting analysis for presentations to the Compensation Committee and senior executives.
Participate in other Compensation, HR and business projects.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Have Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 7 years of relevant experience.
Are experienced and demonstrably strong compensation and equity experience in high growth environments including developing programs from scratch.
Are familiar with systems solutions and integration of various technologies.
Willingness to experiment and explore creative alternatives in the Rewards area
Critical thinking skills with the ability to review, analyze, and interpret data drawn from multiple sources to make effective recommendations and influence decision making
Strong internal people skills with a flexible communication style.
