Overview


Responsible for the design and execution of PMx activities and works on assigned projects.


Leads, plans, and executes trial level activities and development of compounds across therapeutic areas while managing data analysis.


Applies Pharmacokinetics/Pharmacodynamics principles and model-based analyses to support drug development.


Collaborates across CP&P to assist with asset development strategies.


Responsibilities


Partners with CP&P lead to specify MIDD components of CP&P plan, with some supervision


Supports CP&P Lead in planning, executing, and reporting of exploratory PMx analyses in support of drug development decisions, with some supervision


Responsible for planning, executing, and reporting of formal PMx analyses included in CSRs, HA submissions, and responses to questions from HAs, with some supervision


Serves as MIDD SME, and supports CP&P lead in the development of therapeutic agents, with some supervision


Contributes to maintenance and refinement of PMx infrastructure, with some supervision


Contributes to CP&P and cross-functional initiatives


Education


Advanced degree(s) in relevant field: MS, PhD, PharmD


Requirements


2+ years' experience with demonstrated progression in clinical pharmacology and Pharmacometrics knowledge


Basic quantitative data analysis, Data wrangling (merging and transforming data), visualization, advanced PPK and E-R


Programming: R, NONMEM, and Monolix (optional) General knowledge of general drug development process


Knowledge of current practices and issues in Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics


Strong written and oral communication skills necessary to report on and deliver scientific presentations


Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic team-oriented environment
