Build the CIO and Technology Retail Industry Advisory Practice:
Work with EPAM practice teams to establish a vision for relevant CIO and Technology and Business Consulting retail industry service offerings
Develop and own end-to-end retail industry service offering and go to market model
Proactively build retail industry expertise, best practices framework, innovation models through the leverage of relevant technology solutions
Push the envelope and establish retail industry thought leader reputation
Deliver Value for EPAM Retail Industry Clients:
Enable retail industry client technology leaders to positively affect business outcomes by applying a holistic people, process and technology mindset to business alignment, technology strategy and technology tactics across the CIO Advisory & Technology Consulting services offerings
Partner with EPAM account management team and other client relationship owners to continually improve client and EPAM partnership outcomes
Establish trusted advisor status by proactively by sharing market eminence and capitalizing on opportunities to deepen retail industry client relationships
Architect and Sell Value-Added Retail Solutions:
Initiate and maintain strong working relationships with EPAM sales leadership, business development team, account management leadership and delivery managers
Work with sales and account management leadership to target retail clients with high potential to benefit from CIO Advisory & Technology Consulting and broader Business Consulting offerings
Engage with retail clients to understand their strategic challenge(s) and architect viable and value-added solutions that result in measurable business benefit
Identify additional opportunities to provide value-added services and work with Sales and Account Management to capitalize on these opportunities


IT/Technology Leadership - Omni-channel retail IT/Technology delivery experience as a leader (CIO/CTO or VP level) and/or as an external consultant. Demonstrate a good grasp of the daily expectations of and challenges faced by our client's technology leaders. Hands-on experience understanding of technology trends & innovation and their application in digital transformation and operational value creation in the retail ecosystem
Business & Technology Acumen - Understanding of relevant retail technologies solution ecosystem and the ability to align technology strategies and solutions to business goals & outcomes in the retail enterprise. Passion and experience applying emerging technologies to generate new business opportunities and address modern business challenges. Understanding of both Legacy and digital business and technology operating models
Enterprise Architecture Solutioning and Organizational Change Management Experience - Strong analytical skills with demonstratable experience architecting People, Process and Technology strategies and solutions across retail industry. Experience applying structured organizational change management approaches across all facets of technology-related change
Technology Services Sales Experience - Experience leading and supporting sales pursuits in an environment comprised of a dedicated sales team, account relationship owners and delivery teams
Consulting Organization Leadership - Experience leading and growing consultative teams and/or practices
Passion for continuous learning
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Bachelor's degree or higher
Minimum of fifteen years of progressively responsible experience in a technology consulting environment
