Residence Hall Director

Coordinates building and community aspects of a residence hall or complex, developing an inclusive student community that is academically and socially engaging; initiates, plans and organizes community development program in residence hall or complex; assists in hiring and training student staff; supervises and evaluates staff; supervises residence hall office and building security operations; advises residents on social, academic, and behavioral concerns; includes evening, weekend, and on-call duty; advances key departmental values centered on student learning, wellness, inclusion and the creation of vibrant communities.

Additional Information:

• Minimum Education Required Masters Level Degree

Required Qualifications

Required: Masters degree in college student personnel, higher education, counseling or related fields; Full time or graduate residence life experience.
