Manager Organizational Effectiveness

As part of the HR team, reporting to a Director, Organizational Development & Effectiveness, you will be responsible for organizational development and change supporting a wide range of programs and initiatives. This includes, organizational operating model transitions, organizational design, team and leader coaching, and change lead on process improvement projects. The solutions you deliver will enhance individual, team, and support our culture with our vision and strategic goals.
Organizational Development and Change Management
Focus on the people side of change derived from changes made to business processes, policies, systems, technology, roles and responsibilities and organizational structure.
Provide tailor/develop and implement management expertise and tools, such as a Change Plan, Change Impact Assessment and Change Narrative.
Analyze the current operating environment; understand the issues and structures
Provide expert technical guidance and act as an internal consultant/trusted advisor on initiatives related to organization design and large - scale change management. Building out specific tactics and interventions for project teams to implement.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and capability-building efforts with key stakeholders (eg, related to building a consumer-centric organization, leading and supporting organizational change and leading/working in a cross-functional team)
Seeks information from internal and external sources, prioritizing and analyzing potential solutions in complex or new situations
Delivering solutions within dynamic environments undergoing transformational change.
Communicates point of view in a compelling way and with expertise across a wide range of projects and internal/external clients
Contributing to the development of KPIs; measuring success metrics and monitoring change and OD progress
Engage and consult with individuals and teams of all levels throughout the organization to support the effective design of teams and functions.
Designs, develops, delivers and evaluates programs and frameworks that improve our employee experience, engagement and our effectiveness as an organization.
Identify, design and implement programs to address organizational gaps
Solves problems by using expertise to evaluate multiple sources of information, and creating innovative solutions to problems
Facilitates meetings/workshops aimed at organizational improvement and effectiveness and team building opportunities.
Effectively leverage data to formulate insights, recommendations and measure impact on of initiatives on culture and performance.
Collaborate and engage with the broader HR community with the aim of creating strong performance and culture
Brings experience and knowledge of proven practices within Change and OD, and how they integrate with other areas of the business
What you bring to this role/requirements:
Bachelor Degree in a relevant filed (eg, Psychology, HR/Organizational Effectiveness, Business); and PROSCI Certification.
5 plus years' experience in a related Organizational Development or Change Management role responsible for change and organizational development programs.
Experience with planning large-scale organizational change management processes with hands-on delivery to shift mindset, behaviors, and achieve results.
Advanced understanding of organization design, talent management and change management best practices, tools and methods - demonstrating a solid understanding of how people go through change
Big picture thinking to analyze, review and recommend organizational improvements with ability to influence decisions and outcomes.
Exceptional Interpersonal and oral/written/presentation skills adaptable to a variety of audiences
Demonstrated planning and coordinating skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders consecutively.
Proven facilitation, consultation skills and experience delivering training/presentations to various groups of stakeholders.
Ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and within a collaborative, team-oriented environment using sound judgment in decision-making; systems thinking skills.
Travel is currently not required, but at some point, ability to travel (up to 20%) may be required.
