Senior Director, Account Delivery

Sr. Director, Account Delivery (ADL), partners directly with clients as well as internal stakeholders and is responsible for the orchestration and delivery of all CRM contracted services, including, but not limited to platform operations, campaign operations, solution enhancement and data quality analysis projects. As part of the technology organization, the ADL will play a key role in planning for growth and client initiatives as well as monitoring client engagement, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action, tracking service metrics and managing delivery budgets.
What you'll do as a Sr. Director, Account Delivery
Overall delivery accountability; provide day-to-day leadership to account delivery teams, lead planning and budgeting, mobilize and manage delivery teams to ensure quality, completeness and timeliness of solution delivery
Effective management of client concerns and escalations
Responsible for overseeing and implementing continual delivery excellence initiatives; both corporate driven as well as account based.
Responsible for the design, implementation and operations aligned to client business needs and to support business development initiatives to expand the Epsilon footprint within the client
Understanding of client objectives and Epsilons value delivery against them
Influence and inspire teams to collaborate effectively and promote a service mindset for clients
Stay abreast of latest marketing technology trends and all of Epsilon's product offerings to integrate in planning efforts, business development efforts and overall client roadmaps
What skills you will use:
12+ years of service delivery experience in implementing and maintaining real-time, marketing technology solutions, leading a high performing, globally distributed delivery teams.
Ability to develop productive client relationships across different levels of management
Knowledge of Campaign Management tools and databases (Adobe, SFMC)
Significant digital experience, including; email execution, DMP, web tagging, content management
Knowledge of the Marketing CRM/Digital Transformation trends within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries
Knowledge of industry prevalent tools and technologies across identity, Marketing CRM, digital interactions, data enrichment, Campaign Orchestration, BI, and Analytical Modeling capabilities
Knowledge of industry best practices for XaaS delivery models
Education and Travel:
Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
Willingness to travel up to 50%
