Proactively build a pipeline of talent by creating and delivering strategic initiatives to attract talent through sourcing engagement, events participation, referrals programs, online communities to source high quality and diverse candidates
Provide high levels of candidate engagement through the full life cycle of the hiring process; partnering with each candidate on every step while clearly communicating expectations
Develop a strong, consultative partnership with hiring managers, clearly communicating throughout the search and interview process
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Lead all new hire processes: job req. creation and management, interviews, selection, negotiation and administer onboarding process
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
Screen candidates and qualify based off of requirements determined by hiring managers
Develop career pathing programs and processes that nurture high potential agency talent
Workforce planning/gap analysis/succession planning


Requirements:


Minimum of 8 years professional experience recruiting in advertising, marketing or an agency environment
Industry expert and extensive knowledge of recruiting workflows and client engagement
Seeks innovative ways to attract talent
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
Successful track record recruiting and filling roles
