We bring a human touch to every treatment we pioneer. Join us and make a difference.
The Tumor Microenvironment Thematic Research Center (TME TRC) is focused on developing therapeutic targets at the intersection of tumor, stromal and immune biology within the TME with the goal of enhancing responsiveness to checkpoint blockade and targeted therapies. Comprising of scientists across multiple disciplines we are responsible for the biology and translational science necessary to support drug development from target identification through to first in human studies.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director or Senior Principal Scientist with deep oncology drug discovery and development expertise to join the Immunology and Stromal Biology Discovery group within the TME TRC (Redwood City, CA). The individual will lead a dynamic and matrixed research team responsible for supporting all aspects of drug discovery and development. They will work collaboratively with drug discovery, predictive science, translational and clinical teams to advance molecules (large and small) from target identification/validation, drug discovery to an evaluation of POC in patients. The qualified candidate will bring extensive knowledge in immunology and/or stromal biology and drug development, and will have a proven track record in effectively managing, mentoring and developing scientific teams.
