Organization Effectiveness Director

We're looking for an Organization Effectiveness Director to drive organizational transformation in our Asia Pacific and Latin America geography. This role will drive operating model design initiatives to enable our strategy within our most dynamic and diverse marketplace. The candidate will be a systems thinker and an experienced management consultant, with a track record of successfully leading transformation efforts in a global context.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
In this critical role, you'll lead the design and execution of operating model evolutions in our Asia Pacific and Latin America business. In a typical day, you'll be partnering with cross-functional leaders to translate our strategy into reality, ensuring our teams are effectively set up to deliver their best work for consumers. You'll lead assessments of our operating model, scope transformation initiatives, and design holistic solutions to evolve our capabilities, structure, processes, and people.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will be a master in a global matrix! Reporting to our Senior Director, Consumer & Marketplace, you will be a part of a global team and also deeply Embedded in our Asia Pacific and Latin America geography. To do your best work, you will frequently start your day collaborating with peers in Europe, pivot to engage with the Americas, and finish with business leaders across Asia-Pacific.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelors Degree in Business, Organizational Development, Social Sciences or related field; Master's degree is preferred.
8 + years of relevant work experience with at least 5 years as an internal or external consultant.
Experience working as a consultant or lead on large-scale organizational transformation efforts focused on holistically assessing and designing aligned organizational capabilities, structures, processes, and success metrics.
Skilled at turning complex information into clear narratives by connecting systemic trends and issues, examining opportunities from multiple perspectives, identifying options, and articulating tradeoffs
Demonstrable track record to play an executive-level consulting role in cross-functional transformation projects, including supporting leadership teams to navigate diverse priorities and drive clear decision-making
Experience leading strategic operating model projects which have cross-functional impacts, skilled at adapting plans to changing environments and constantly prioritizing the most important work to achieve milestones and drive impact
Strong generalist management consulting skillset, including project scoping and management, hypothesis development, research, benchmarking and trend identification
Ability to independently navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, identify conflicts and negotiate solutions in a fast-paced global setting
Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required for this role. Additional relevant languages preferred but not required.
