Franchising Strategy Director

The Franchising Strategy Director will support strategic market expansion through a scientific approach to our business growth needs. The individual will be responsible for creating intelligence that will guide the decision-making process including, market penetration opportunities, territory management, encroachment processes, and more. The Franchising Strategy Director will report to the Head of Franchising Development and work hand-in-hand with other key executives to manage critical business tasks and strategies.
What you'll do:
Define Strategy: Support the creation and implementation of the market expansion strategy by brand.
Create Intelligence: Define key success factors for our business model, manage franchise data, define ROI, and develop deep trust-based advisor relationship with key client stakeholders by providing direction on franchising decisions.
Manage Project Implementation: Supporting senior management to develop and drive the execution of strategic franchising and development plans.
Support Franchise Sales: Partnering with the marketing team to define road map to franchise sales and support the development team with process-led solutions to create efficient approach to franchise leads.
Measure Performance: Define strategic metrics to measure market expansion success, document and analyze pain points.
Lead & Develop the Team: Lead, grow, and develop a small team of skilled jr. data scientists and product analysts through coaching, team processes, and more.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills through determination of root causes and development of corrective action plans.
Experience negotiating and seeking compromise collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and storytelling skills, being able synthesize information to executives and prospect investors.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in which requirements & priorities continuously change.
Solid finance and business development skills, keen eye for opportunities, good intuition and ability to create and demonstrate value.
Bachelors Degree in business, engineering, finance, or equivalent.
Masters Degree in business administration preferred.
3+ years of relevant experience on business strategy and business growth.
Greater Atlanta Area
Domestically Travel (5 - 10% time).
