In your role as Director, Insights & Analytics, you will lead the identification and delivery of strategic insights to guide business strategies for the N&I category. Keeping the consumer at the heart of your work, you will collaborate with N&I Marketers and R&D leaders, as well as lead your team of I&A Managers, to identify the most meaningful data from in/external sources in regards to meeting research and business objectives. Your results will be broad-reaching across the N&I category, and total Kellogg's. Kellogg's is a place where everyone has a seat at the table. HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Partnership - As the Insights expert, you'll be coaching and influencing your team to top performance, providing guidance to key N&I stakeholders, and supporting broader Kellogg North America (KNA) Insights initiatives. Collaboration is key.
Innovate - Did a light bulb just go off? Tell us more! You will lead the development and evaluation of new ideas with dependable and insightful tools to provide the N&I category team with a strong understanding of consumer potential for our innovative ideas. We will also be looking to you to recommend and implement new research methodologies and approaches, as well as new ways of working and measurement.
Driving Insight to Action - What's the trend? You will use consumer insights to identify category trends and create a compelling case for prioritizing projects. You will drive organizational adoption of actionable items by bringing our consumers perceptions to life.
Leverage Top-Notch Tools - In this role, you'll partner with key vendors to continually refine and improve our consumer discovery solutions. You will also work with segmentation tools to identify core consumer needs and develop a portfolio map to allocate roles within the category.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Belief in the power of food to make a positive change in people and the world around us
15+ years' Insights/Consumer Research experience, in roles with increasing amounts of leadership in a matrixed organization
Ability to understand human behavior drivers and apply this knowledge to design and critique work for actionable, profitable results
In this role, you will have 2 direct reports. Previous people leadership experience is a must
Extensive leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically
Ability to communicate effectively to, influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization, both by formal and informal communications and presentations
Intrinsic enthusiasm for natural foods, natural/organic lifestyle and nutrition
