The Ecommerce Manager will report to the Director or Retail and Consumer Sales and is responsible for the overall Ecommerce consumer experience. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that is goal oriented and emphasizes accountability for delivering results. This position requires a proactive self-starter who has strong communication skills and demonstrates teamwork and attention to detail.
Manage B2C and B2B E-commerce presence across platforms including owned brand website (SunBriteTV.com on Magento 2), third-party marketplaces (ie: Amazon.com) and reseller partner portals (ie: BestBuy.com)
Optimize, integrate and maintain online product portfolio including product specifications and marketing assets, pricing input and validation, product detail pages, promotional execution, and PLM. Manage and automate data flow across systems and develop and improve PIM processes and E-commerce technology integration
Recommend technology improvements and project-manage E-commerce development initiatives with internal teams and external partners, including customer experience, design, content, navigation, cart and checkout, information architecture, SEO, marketing, performance and functionality.
Ensure functional QA and testing of development updates and ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting of issues across different browsers and devices
Optimize SEO efforts to maximize organic traffic, and PPC advertising to maximize ROI and volume.
(Preferred Certifications: Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Amazon Sponsored Ads)
Develop and expand email and other marketing communications capabilities including processes and technology integration.
Manage/administer digital budget and report on ROI and performance metrics for online sales and marketing. Drive continuous improvement (spend efficiency, automation, scale, etc.)
Serve as internal expert on key E-commerce trends and behaviors that impact the customer experience and business results
Maintain regulatory compliance standards
Bachelors degree in Ecommerce, Digital Marketing or equivalent experience and 5+ years in E-commerce role managing projects as an individual contributor and across cross-functional teams
Expertise with Magento E-commerce platform, online consumer marketplaces, retailer portals and E-commerce best practices
Strong analytics, reporting and data management/integration background
Experienced with relevant digital marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC, email, etc.) and AdTech/MarTech
8+ years in E-commerce role managing projects as an individual contributor and across cross-functional teams
Experienced and/or certified in Google analytics and Google, Amazon, and Microsoft advertising
Familiar with IT best practices (AWS, Cybersecurity, ERP and systems integration, etc.)
Experience with social media marketing
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Access)
