We are seeking an Account Director to help lead Liquid Sunshine through an exciting new phase of growth in capabilities, brand assignments, and creative excellence. This is a Director level role that will report into the Managing Director, Brand Engagement & Strategy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:


-Establish and grow the Brand Engagement practice, taking conceptual and operational lead on building out our tools, processes, and best practices


-Build and lead a team of Account Managers to guide the overall strategic direction and creative output of our roster of brands


-Be a catalyst for the development of breakthrough, effective integrated campaigns


-Become a trusted advisor and thought leader to our senior-level client partners


-Advocate for our client partners throughout the creative development process and ensure creative work meets defined goals and objectives


-Actively work to identify creative opportunities for the agency and engage the right cross-functional teams to bring them to life


-Respectfully but forcefully challenge our client partners to embrace the bold work needed to grow their lines of business


-Collaborate with Project Management to scope new opportunities and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget


-Develop a deep understanding of the consumer, competitive landscape, industry trends, and business factors driving the brands


-Grow the abilities and skill of the department members through formal training programs, mentorship and hands-on learning


-Lead by doing, while providing the team with clear responsibilities, goals, and career development


-Champion and contribute to a culture of diversity, inclusion, personal growth, winning, and fun


Requirements


WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:


- A minimum of 10-12 years of account management experience in top tier creative organizations, including at least 5 years managing an Account team.


-A deep understanding of the strategic development, creative development, and production process for integrated campaigns


-A track record of effective, insights-based creative work


-Strong strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills


-A demonstrated knack for leading and inspiring employees and cross-functional teams


-The ability to foster trusted client relationships built on subject matter expertise, innovative thinking, and executional excellence


-A strong head for business with a clear and compelling point-of-view on culture, human behavior, and future trends and opportunities


-The optimism to think bigger, the curiosity to dig deeper, and the passion to do better


-The gravitas, emotional intelligence, and intellectual firepower to persuade senior stakeholders to embrace innovative, highly engaging, and sometimes risky work


-An entrepreneurial spirit, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills


-Determination, courage, and ingenuity in the face of obstacles, deadlines, ambiguity, and healthy conflict


-An infatuation with beverages, a love of brands, and a lifelong affair with all things creative


-CPG and brand-side experience a plus
