A role within Operations Planning, Prioritization and Insights means helping to lead a planning organization anchored in the Enterprise Strategy, Operations Strategy and Target Enterprise Operating Organizationel. You will be a part of the only team within Target that has visibility into where we have opportunities to improve how we execute, plan, and prioritize work and continue to elevate the way we meet the needs of the Guest across the Enterprise. You act as the project manager for the Enterprise Operating Organizationel and help identify new capabilities to support our Operations Plan;
As a Sr Manager, Planning and Prioritization, you will
Act as a project manager for Enterprise Operating Organizationel to align scope, deliverables, resources and timelines
Identify and managing project management tools to help aid in work (sharepoint, smartsheet, excel, etc.)
Monitor and manage the progress of the enterprise operating Organizationel. Manage and identify key risks and decisions needed
Translate the ideas of leadership into visual stories (through PowerPoint, etc.)
Assess existing and new capabilities anchored to the Operations Plans and Target Enterprise Operating Organizationel. Assessments will include both business case development and recommendation on a build vs buy approach.

Four-year degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in project management, and/or operations roles
A growth oriented, learning mindset, and the ability to inspire others to seek and embrace change
Ability to drive high impact programs with cross-functional partners and leaders
Ability to build relationships and influence across levels
Strong problem solving, synthesizing, and analytical skills
Strong written, oral, communication, networking, and presentation skills
Ability to operate in an ambiguous and rapidly changing work environment; able to quickly adapt
