A role within Operations Planning, Prioritization and Insights means helping to lead a planning organization anchored in the Enterprise Strategy, Operations Strategy and Target Enterprise Operating Organizationel. You will be a part of the only team within Target that has visibility into where we have opportunities to improve how we execute, plan, and prioritize work and continue to elevate the way we meet the needs of the Guest across the Enterprise. Lead initiatives that span Target Properties, Global Supply Chain and Logistics (GSCL), you will act as the strategic planning leader.
As a Sr Manager, Planning and Prioritization, you will
Support building a multi-year Operations plan tied to our Operations key oCompanyomes. Lead and coordinate planning and prioritization efforts across Finance and PMO teams supporting GSCL, Stores, and Properties.
Establish a consistent framework for prioritization to assess value of work and our operational capacity (inclusive of people, process & tech)
Work with enterprise partners to identify work, prioritization and tradeoff decisions needed for Operations.
Drive ongoing management of the Operations Plan, including monitoring progress and risk of all work.
Coordinate the agenda for the Weekly Operations Meetings (WOM) as a venue to monitor the progress of our plans.
Help to identify where we have gaps in our ability to achieve our aligned goals and objectives.
Interact with leadership in order to influence areas of focus along the planning and prioritization journey.

Four-year degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in strategy and/or operations roles
Growth oriented, learning mindset, and the ability to inspire others to seek and embrace change
Ability to operate in an ambiguous and rapidly changing work environment; able to quickly adapt
Ability to drive high impact programs with cross-functional partners and leaders
Ability to build relationships and influence across levels
Strong problem solving, synthesizing, and analytical skills
