The Director, Loyalty & CRM position will provide data driven insights and analyses related to customer lifecycle (acquisition, retention, reactivation) and loyalty initiatives executed across the Neiman Marcus Group.


This position will partner closely with cross functional teams across Marketing, Media, Loyalty (InCircle), Stores, eComm and Analytics to develop insights driven campaigns and tactics aimed at optimizing revenue and customer engagement both overall and for key customer segments.


This position will support analytics based needs across all Neiman Marcus Group brands, divisions and selling channels.


Key Performance Elements/Responsibilities:


Extensive experience in deep dive analysis on customer attribute and online/offline behavior data to produce quality insights that drive business strategies and value
Efficient analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly scope and deliver on an analytical ask and to work iteratively to refine a solution as needed
Demonstrated strategic thinker and ability to bring thought leadership and guidance toward the cross functional teams this role partners with
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that behavioral analytics and insights are Embedded in decision making
Familiarity with omnichannel personalization objectives and tactics


Requirements:


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:


Minimum of 8+ years of related experience in a data insights and analyses related role
Extensive experience using SQL (Snowflake) or Python to transform, manipulate and analyze customer attribute data (including transactions, web browsing, digital media/comms engagement) and turn into revenue driving insights
Ability to drive analyses that decomposes drivers of business performance across various dimensions: customer segment, product, selling channel, media channel
Ability to concisely explain insights coming from complex data analyses through effective verbal/written communication and compelling data visualizations
Experience with Snowflake, AWS, Tableau, Adobe Analytics is a plus
Experience managing an Analytics team comprised of Manager/Analysts
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work autonomously with minimal supervision
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Applied Mathematics, etc) or sufficient on the job use of related skills. Master's degree is a plus
