Strategic Partnership Manager

The Strategic Partnership Manager will develop a strong relationship with a strategic customer partner serving as their advisor and liaison to Winebow. This position will work cross functionally and must be solution oriented to manage and strengthen the customer relationship. A successful Strategic Partnership Manager will have a strong interpersonal rapport, working across departments to ensure the partner's objectives are met.
Serves as the key point of contact to manage the strategic partner relationship
Project lead for implementation of new programming
Directly oversees all aspects of a high-volume partnership with a defined volume-based pricing structure
Resolves any complaints or issues promptly and professionally, working closely with internal contacts
Monitors ongoing programs and regularly report partner KPI's to senior management.
Strategizes with account on opportunities; accurately forecast respective opportunities based upon realistic assessments
Works with sales leadership to ensure specific sales initiatives are implemented and progressing as designed
Develops strong relationships cross-functionally (including Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT), becoming familiar with each department's role and how it connects to the partner's business
Demonstrates clear understanding of the sales process and product and service value propositions
Documents existing workflows of the partner's business with a key understanding of how Winebow can provide solutions to grow mutual business
Meets agreed upon goals and objectives effectively and in a timely manner
Arrives to work, appointments, meetings, and other work-related functions on time and as scheduled
Follows all safety policies and procedures; communicate hazards and/or suggest improvements to Manager.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of relationship management experience, dealing with high volume accounts.
Demonstrated problem solving skills with experience providing business insights and recommendations from multiple input sources (eg data sets, interview feedback, process flow documents, etc.).
Experience presenting complex organizational and process flow content to general audiences.
Ability to organize, prioritize and successfully complete multiple projects at a time.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
