Director, Integrated Analytics and Insights Strategy, OneSource

This role is responsible for evolving the OneSource analytical insights strategy globally to encompass OneSource's end-to-end solutions. This position will be responsible for all integrated analytics and insights related to the end-to-end processes that OneSource touches with its service catalogue. This includes persona journey mapping efforts, up-stream root-causing activities, business event related insights, as well as any other work-streams identified as being relevant to the strategy.
End-to-end Analytics and Insights Strategy
Oversee end-to-end process and customer journey analytics in support of customer inspired business insights
Drive the appropriate leverage of OneSource Operational Performance metrics program and supporting systems, as well as various other sources of enterprise data such as Product and Customer Master Data, GMW marketing campaign data, new door opening data among other.
Establish pipeline of integrated analytics work streams to support strategy
Establish cadence of communications to OneSource Global team, sponsors and stakeholders to share integrated insights and progress on key projects
Define how to best utilize and evolve existing OneSource analytics tools such as Celonis Process Analytics, project Talk Artificial Intelligence capability, Robotic Process Automation (bots) to implement Integrated Analytics and Insights Strategy
Manage a growing team of analytics, process, and data science specialists globally. Team is currently composed of one Manager located in Panama, and we are currently recruiting for an Associate Manager in Panama and a Sr Manager in Europe.
Initiate end to end process improvements by capturing and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data
Understand customer to develop strategy that enhances effectiveness of service delivery.
Identify improvements related to performance metrics to drive integrated analytics strategy
Acts as a change leader and drive transformation in collaboration with internal BU's
Develop and implement quality improvement and process changes to achieve greater efficiencies and workflows between internal business units and GBS organization.
Proactively identify potential enhancements to current systems.
Benchmark and monitor processes as it pertains to services in-scope
Brings personalized experiences to enhance delivery
Ability to formulate and deliver presentations to Sr. Executives
Supports an accountability and own it culture
Has operated as an innovation/change agent in the past

Consulting background a plus
