The Associate Creative Director, Digital is responsible for developing an innovative creative strategy with a focus on Digital Creative for QVC, based on business, branding, and programming objectives. The ACD - Digital helps provide vision and leadership in developing a unified look and feel across all QVC platforms (including on-air, online, print, mobile, and events). The ACD helps align the category strategy with the broader QVC Brand direction. .
This role will be located at QVC headquarters in West Chester, PA .
*Must be commutable within the Philadelphia region as this role is NOT relocation eligible.*

How you will make an impact
The ACD - Digital recognizes the importance of connecting creative strategy to business results and understands his/her role in maximizing the revenue potential of category he/she supports. Assists with the tracking of expenses within an established budget. Works with traffic team to ensure required delivery dates are met.
Will help lead the multi-disciplinary Creative and Content Production staff (100+ people) during actual production of creative work, in concert with the Directors responsible for these teams.
Transform marketing objectives, programming ideas, and selling strategies into creative strategies across a variety of media platforms including television, web, print, and mobile
Works with Creative Director to assign workload and directs the creative team in the development and execution of projects
Takes a keen interest in the growth and development of members of the various creative teams; mentors, inspires, and is committed to their creative well-being.
Interact with CD and ACD counterparts, the Marketing Brand Development Lab, and individual platforms to ensure consistent and focused execution
Research and suggest new creative and content opportunities and avenues for QVC.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
What you bring
Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising, Communications, Merchandising, Broadcasting, related field or equivalent business experience.
Experience: Minimum 7+ years in at least one of the following: advertising design, web design, brand management, copywriting, video production, film making experience.
Expertise with performance marketing, and successfully building campaigns tailored to various platforms such as Roku or Amazon.
Management experience: Minimum 1+ years demonstrated success leading and developing a creative team. Proficient working with; Adobe; Photoshop, Ilustrator, Indesign, as well as Powerpoint and Word required.
Understanding of coding a plus.
Ability to pitch and sell a creative concept to an audience.
Superior time management skills; able to prioritize workload and perform under pressure against tight timelines and deadlines.
Ability to storyboard and/or communicate creative ideas to clients and creative team members
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends when required.
Ability to differentiate between colors for design purposes required.
Ability to lift 25-50 lbs
