Walmart InHome delivers fresh groceries from your local store directly to your kitchen or garage fridge. We launched fall 2019 to over 1 million customers in Kansas City, Pittsburgh and Vero Beach, with plans to expand to even more markets in 2021. InHome is looking for an entrepreneurial, hard-working Customer Experience Associate to join our Customer Experience team. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our customer service team to ensure we are providing the best possible customer experience. You will also work cross functionally to share feedback and insights from customers in order to help shape our product and services.


What You'll Do


Play a critical role in helping increase customer satisfaction and retention
Work closely with marketing, product and operations team to advocate for customer experience by identifying opportunities to enhance our product and service features
Work closely with customer service team to address escalations and technical issues impacting the customer experience, drawing connections between cross functional teams to quickly and effectively address and solve issues
Create and maintain customer service training and coaching documents, making sure our customer service team is up to speed on all product and service changes
Review customer service contacts, identify opportunities for improvements to ensure we are providing the best customer experience for each and every contact
Analyze and track customer cancellations and identify creative opportunities to reduce churn
Run surveys and feedback sessions with customers and present findings internally


What You'll Need


3+ years of experience in customer service or customer operations, preferably in e-commerce
Ability to think critically, creatively, and analytically to drive projects to completion, and communicate effectively
Collaborative team-player with a strong sense of ownership; you're able to work effectively on a team and independently with an unselfish attitude
Comfortable working in ambiguous, ever-changing environments
Desire to help customers and improve the customer experience
