In this role, you will be charged with defining the strategic outcomes of store services and the development of a quantified view of Nikes progression toward those outcomes. We use a variety of tools, including Key Performance Indicator definition, in addition to ongoing reviews of effectiveness and robust testing. The Director will also identify, synthesize and integrate insights from the wider Consumer Insight offense into the services concepts development process. We are seeking a candidate with industry-leading experience in the consumer analytics space and a track record of collaborating to concept, launch and drive consumer facing, data-led consumer engagement programs.

Responsibilities:


Set the consumer analytics strategy, roadmap, and project priorities to enable the development and execution of innovative solutions that facilitate and grow Nikes data driven stores services offense
Coordinate across Global and Geo-based teams of analytics professionals to ensure Nikes most complex strategic, operational and commercial objectives related to store services performance are met - across service types, store designs and intent
Direct development of models that help us deeply understand and measure the impact of multiple service strategies on end-consumer engagement and commerce behaviors
Own relationships with diverse business partners to understand current and anticipate future customer and business needs, understand requirements and define relevant strategic questions
Ensure continual monitoring of the Nike value chain and external environment to challenge assumptions around store service performance measurement and application
Shape research and analytic plans, developing appropriate quantitative methodologies, and driving quality execution of end-to-end analytics programs
Lead broad adoption of an iterative testing offense that augments existing knowledge to make continual optimization progress


What you bring to Nike:
8+ Years in Analytics/Application with a focus on consumer management and retail
Track record of collaboration and experience working directly with partners to define and activate a measurement strategy
Knowledge of best practices & current trends in service execution across physical/digital retail experiences
Passion for understanding consumer needs coupled with ability to use analytics to measure/capture behaviors and find opportunities to accelerate growth
Ability to translate business strategy -> data needs -> data strategy -> project execution
International/multi-market retail experience
