Global Supply Chain Design & Optimisation Manager

Design, develop and deploy End to End Supply Chain Processes to support the evolving business requirements and prepare the operations for the integration to a Global ERP platform.
Work with Global Supply Chain Leadership to drive global convergence of Processes, metrics and systems.
Benchmark proposed design and development both internally and external to Xerox to ensure we have the optimum supply chain solution to strategic business requirements.
Liaise with business leaders and subject matter experts to develop a clear understanding of the current state operation and critical business requirements so that a clear transformational map can be developed.
Outline sub-programs that are required to transform localised supply chain processes in advance of Global transformation initiatives.
Work with Global senior leadership team on the development design and deployment of the Supply Chain solutions.
To enable this the jobholder:
Participates in or leads cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projects
Plans and directs schedules and may monitor budget/spending
Monitors the project from initiation through delivery and control phase
Organises the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints.
Responsibilities include the overall planning, organising, directing, controlling and delivery of all projects prioritised in alignment with expectations and business needs
Ensures the ongoing process/system capability associated with projects and manages any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in project designs
Master degree in specialized field (Example: MSC, MBA etc.)
Preferred - LSS Green Belt Certification
Preferred - Working towards or certified LSS Black Belt
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Minimum - significant Supply Chain domain expertise
Preferred - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
Minimum - Experienced in transformational change Mgt.
Minimum - Extensive experience in managing large, complex programs and projects
Minimum - Expertise in project management principles including expert use of relevant project management tools
Minimum - Is adept at analysing and resolving problems through above-average clarity of thought, attention to detail, observation and listening skills, and persistence.
Minimum - Demonstrated effective mentoring and coaching skills.
Minimum - Strong organisation, prioritisation and time management skills
Minimum - Results oriented with an excellent record of success
Minimum - Demonstrated ability to work strategically and collaboratively - and lead - in a Matrix management environment
