We are hiring an experienced Campaign Manager to help us further expand our new E-commerce platform. This role requires digital media expertise in a complex wine and spirit environment with strong business acumen and strategic E-commerce experience. This person will have to effectively administer and manage digital ad campaigns. Successfully develop and deliver high-level digital media campaigns working alongside suppliers and our digital media agency. Key Responsibilities

Meet with new and existing clients to identify and conceptualize campaign strategies. Educate sales and clients to evangelize our offerings
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies; deliver best in class service to meet and exceed client expectations
Partner with sales to understand client objectives, strategies and goals; provide guidance on product selection, inventory, pricing, and internal requirements
Participate in client campaign kick-off calls to outline the media plan, creative assets, ad tracking requirements, and any necessary campaign deliverables
Execute campaign effectively, on schedule and on budget
Build media plans, collect assets/deliverables, and oversee campaign launches
Ensure seamless campaign execution, full delivery, and drive towards clients KPIs
Working knowledge of Google Marketing Systems (Google Analytics, Ad Manager, Campaign Manager etc.) and Back End UIs of social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Snap Chat, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
and familiarity with paid media tracking systems (ie DoubleClick, AdWords).
Monitor all placements and inventory for campaign impact and progress: report out performance and learning to both supplier and executive leadership
Submits tech & operations tickets to grow the business and develop new ad placements to help the platform succeed
Ability to dig into the large amounts of data and analyze it for trends, as well as communicate actionable insights to the rest of the team
Working knowledge of database systems (SQL, BigQuery, Tableau, etc.) and how to query them to extract data
Experience with data modeling


Bachelors in Marketing, Advertising or related field (preferred)
5+ year managing medium to large complex ad campaigns
Microsoft Office suite including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint (advanced)
Very strong interpersonal, organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communications and organizational skills
Understanding of current paid media and digital marketing trends
